The breakfast was included and had pretty good variety. Free coffee all day long. The facilities were super clean and the bathrooms were huge.

The staff was probably the best thing about the whole experience however that was just the beginning! The accomodations were so comfy and clean, the perks were unbelievable for the price and the location is stellar!!! Booked our Disney trip right from the lobby, shuttles made it a breeze to get there, breakfast was top notch and the staff....well you already know! If I could give it more than a 10, I would!!!

Poorly run hotel with combative staff, especially front desk (aside from the manager Kelly) every request no matter how small was met with an eye roll and reasons why it wasnt their responsibility. For example, they couldnt provide me a receipt via email or print out, flat out refused to show what I was charged. The rooms all smelled like they were wet and moldy, the coffee makers were disgusting, and the bed in one of our rooms was left dirty. When my sister complained, the sheets were changed with visibly dirtier sheets that smelled unwashed. I dont understand why people behave this way for no reason. We made no disruptive requests (only asked once for more towelswhich we never got)

Excellent breakfast - fabulous staff, and GOOD coffee. Beds were really comfy. Loved the landscaping. I dont have one bad thing to say. This hotel is much better than Art of Animation.
